Work to be done
This house was built in 1991 with pressed board siding. Unfortunatley the siding is starting to fail. I would like to get an estimate of what it would take to get the siding replaced.
Below is the basic footprint of the house (comes from the town)

The siding is starting to fail. It holds paint but you can see from the image below it is starting to delaminate. (probably LP Inner-Seal)

Below are the views of each side of the house. The house essentially faces South.Front
The front has a two-story bump-out on the left and a small one on the right. The parts in purple are fish scales at the top and smooth plywood on the bottoms. We would like to keep these details.
