You will use an average of 40 amp-hours a day (I don't know if that covers AC). 100 watt panel generates about 30 amp-hours a day so to keep fully charged you need 160 watt panel. James of FitRV Rig has 2 100ah batters for storage so should be able to last 4 days with no charging.
