CIDOC-CRM Model

Actors (i.e. people, either individually or in groups) participate in Temporal Entities (e.g. events), which are affected by Physical Entities (i.e. material things) and Conceptual Objects (i.e. ideas and concepts), and occur at Places within certain Time - Spans. Appellations (names) can be used to identify any of these entities, and Types can be used to classify them to the appropriate level of detail.
