Not at all; most of the civil rights movements where fundamentally liberal in nature - they focused on the aspect of decreasing judicial and legislative differences between groups by conceptualizing people as individuals, whereas identity politics does the opposite.
Police reform is the low fruit. Universal health care, progressive taxation, affordable housing, an immigration policy that benefits the black underclass... These are the holy grails of the left and there's little evidence that BLM has brought the nation closer to these.
