Social Contract Theory: Social contract theory, as expounded by philosophers like Thomas Hobbes, John Locke, and Jean-Jacques Rousseau, posits that moral principles and rules are the result of an implicit or explicit agreement among individuals to create a just and orderly society. Morality arises from the social contract, and individuals agree to follow certain rules for mutual benefit.

I think this is the most realistic but still hard to do.

Virtue Ethics: Virtue ethics, as advocated by philosophers like Aristotle, focuses on the development of virtuous character traits. It emphasizes the importance of cultivating virtues like courage, honesty, compassion, and wisdom, rather than solely evaluating actions or consequences. Virtue ethicists believe that virtuous individuals are more likely to make morally good decisions.

Rather than rules develop these virtues.
